House Rules Agreement

By entering or using Legacy Collective premises, services, or programs (including events, rooms, and the online member directory), you agree to comply with these House Rules, which may be amended at any time. The Ancillary Fees Sheet, as updated from time to time, is incorporated into these House Rules.

  1. Scope. These rules apply to members, Guests, invitees, vendors, speakers, and contractors while on premises or participating in Legacy Collective programs or platforms. Staff may make reasonable, time-sensitive determinations to protect safety, comfort, and operations.
  2. Professional Conduct. Maintain a courteous, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive language, bullying, or other disruptive conduct are prohibited, whether in person or via club-supported channels.
  3. Commercial Activity. Unsolicited selling, prospecting, recruiting, or list-building - including multi-level marketing (MLM) or other network-marketing programs - is not permitted on-site or via Club Resources. Genuine, one-to-one professional networking is welcome when invited by the recipient and not sales-driven. The member directory and any contact details obtained through the club are for community connection only and may not be scraped, exported, shared, or used for marketing, mass messaging, or cold outreach.
  4. Substance Use. All alcoholic beverages must be supplied and served by Legacy Collective staff or approved vendors; outside alcohol is prohibited. Service may be refused at any time. Intoxication or impairment that poses a safety or comfort risk will result in removal from the premises. Misuse of legal substances is prohibited.
  5. Facilities Use. Reserved rooms and suites are exclusive to the booking party for the scheduled time, while common areas remain shared; occupancy limits (including Guests and vendors) must be observed. To protect safety and continuity of operations, Legacy Collective may, in its reasonable discretion, reassign, interrupt, or cancel reservations. Please honor quiet-zone signage (e.g., the Quiet Lounge), conduct phone calls only in designated areas, and use headphones for audio. Maintain cleanliness and reset furniture to its original configuration unless pre- approved otherwise. You are responsible for any damage or excessive mess caused by you or your Guests, and applicable cleaning or repair charges may be assessed to the responsible party. Fees related to reservations, cleaning, damage, and overages are set out in Ancillary Fees Sheet.
  6. Guests. Members are accountable for their Guests’ compliance. Repeat or serial guesting, specific to an individual person, may be limited and that person may be encouraged to apply for an individual membership. Minors are welcome only at designated times/events and must be under close adult supervision; certain areas may be restricted. Only trained service animals are permitted consistent with applicable law; other animals require prior approval.
  7. Privacy. Respect privacy by obtaining consent before photographing, filming, or recording others. Legacy Collective may document activities in common areas for brand purposes. Brand assets, including our name, logo, and imagery, may not be used to imply sponsorship or endorsement without written authorization.
  8. Safety. For the safety and comfort of all occupants, please comply with posted safety notices and any emergency directions from staff, and report hazards promptly. Keep entrances and egress paths unobstructed. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the Premises.
  9. Events. All programming, including vendor activities, require prior Legacy Collective approval and compliance with these rules. Sales content, if any, must be expressly authorized and remains subject to §3.
  10. Enforcement. Legacy Collective may deny service, pause access, reassign or cancel reservations, or remove any person who violates these rules or disregards staff directives. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges. Refunds are not guaranteed. Failure to enforce a rule in a particular instance does not waive the right to enforce it later. Legacy Collective may assess fees as listed in the Ancillary Fees Sheet. Legacy Collective may update these rules at any time.
